Following are the capabilities at our end

• Melting :
a) We have VIP -ZEE Track induction furnace having Two No. of 350 kg.
Medium Frequency melting units.

b) 21" Cupola.

• Pattern Shop :
We have well equipped pattern shop for mounting & methoding of 
patterns as per the layout.

• Moulding & Core Shop :
The Shop is fully equipped with facilities to make moulds and cores
in oil sand, Co2, No bake sand systems, shell moulding etc. and 
centrifugal process also.

• Fettling :
Our Fettling shop is equipped with pneumatic tools and electrical
equipments to fettle and clean the casting. We are also utilising shot
blasting machine for surface cleaning of castings.

• Heat Treatment :
1200°C working temperature oil fired furnace with automatic
temperature controller and 3-point chart recorder for annealing,
normalizing, hardening, tempering etc.

CNC Machines 4 Nos., Heavy Duty Plano Miller 1 Nos.,
Conventional Lathes 10 Nos.
